When Chase Bank rolled out their merchant services business they called on us to develop an integrated marketing strategy to reach and influence decision makers from the c-suite to Main Street. Then we built creative that included advertising, sales collateral, direct mail, email, and web that stood out from the crowd.

We supported the Chase sales team with collateral for each market and business level they targeted — including Fortune 500 companies and SMEs.

Provocative advertising was created and placed in industry-leading publications to build awareness and support sales efforts.

In addition to traditional channels we leveraged email “blasts” and other digital assets to target market segments and drive traffic to custom landing pages.

Customer inquiries were addressed with appropriate collateral and personalized messages sent by mail or email. Or materials were left behind after meetings.
Outcome
During our engagement, Chase Merchant Services grew from virtually zero transactions to over $300 billion annually, becoming a leading provider in this space. Eventually this division was integrated with Paymentech and operated as Chase Paymentech.
